Please read and follow these rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone

General Rules

These rules are designed to maintain a fair, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense.

General Behavior

  • Respect All Players: Treat every player with respect and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • No Toxicity: Avoid toxic behavior, excessive complaining, or creating a negative atmosphere for other players.
  • English Only: All communication in public channels must be in English to ensure everyone can understand and participate.
  • No Advertising: Do not advertise other servers, services, or products without staff permission.
  • Follow Staff Instructions: Always follow instructions from staff members. They are here to help maintain order.

Roleplay Guidelines

  • Stay In Character: Maintain your character's role and personality at all times during gameplay.
  • No Meta Gaming: Do not use out-of-character information in character. This includes using Discord or other external sources.
  • No Power Gaming: Avoid unrealistic actions that would be impossible in real life or break immersion.
  • Respect Character Development: Allow other players to develop their characters and stories naturally.
  • No Random Death Match (RDM): Do not kill other players without proper roleplay justification.
  • No Vehicle Death Match (VDM): Do not use vehicles as weapons to kill other players.

Voice Chat Rules

  • Clear Communication: Use a working microphone and speak clearly. Avoid background noise.
  • No Screaming/Yelling: Keep your voice at a reasonable volume. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
  • No Music/Sound Effects: Do not play music, sound effects, or other audio through voice chat.
  • Respect Voice Chat: Do not interrupt others or talk over them during roleplay situations.
  • Push to Talk: Use push-to-talk to avoid background noise and accidental transmissions.

Gameplay Rules

  • No Cheating/Exploiting: Any form of cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications is strictly prohibited.
  • No Glitching: Do not use map glitches, wall glitches, or any other game exploits.
  • No Combat Logging: Do not disconnect during combat or roleplay situations to avoid consequences.
  • Respect Safe Zones: Do not engage in combat or criminal activities in designated safe zones.
  • No Spawn Killing: Do not repeatedly kill players who have just spawned or are in spawn areas.

Economy Rules

  • No Money Farming: Do not exploit jobs or activities to gain money unfairly.
  • Fair Trading: All trades and business transactions must be fair and realistic.
  • No Scamming: Do not scam other players out of their money or items.
  • Respect Property: Do not steal from other players' properties without proper roleplay justification.
  • No Money Transfer Exploits: Do not use any exploits to transfer money between characters or accounts.

Staff Interaction

  • Respect Staff: Always treat staff members with respect, even if you disagree with their decisions.
  • No Staff Harassment: Do not harass, threaten, or disrespect staff members in any way.
  • Appeal Process: If you believe a punishment was unfair, use the proper appeal process rather than arguing with staff.
  • Report Issues: Report rule violations and issues through the proper channels (Discord, website, etc.).
  • No False Reports: Do not make false reports or accusations against other players.

Punishment System

First Offense

Warning and explanation of the rule violation

Second Offense

24-hour temporary ban

Third Offense

7-day temporary ban

Fourth Offense

30-day temporary ban

Severe Violations

Immediate permanent ban (cheating, harassment, etc.)

Appeal Process

If you believe you have been unfairly punished, you may appeal the decision through the following process:

  1. Wait 24 hours after receiving the punishment before submitting an appeal
  2. Submit a detailed appeal through our Discord server or contact form
  3. Include all relevant information and evidence
  4. Be respectful and professional in your appeal
  5. Staff will review your appeal within 48 hours

Rule Updates

These rules may be updated at any time. Players are responsible for staying informed about current rules. Major changes will be announced on our Discord server and website.
